Congratulations. All the students who received a degree from the Department of Civil Engineering will be a member of our alumni association. Please note followings and contribute to our society.
- The alumni association registered your information filled in the form you submitted to the administration office with your thesis.
- The registered email will be used when the alumni association will contact you.
- If you do NOT agree with any contact from us, please notify to the alumni secretary, Ayuko AKAIKE via e-mail. Without notification, we assume that you agree on this policy.
- The Alumni Association will register you for Member-limited on-line network system, ShakiNet from now on. Once registration is complete, you will receive member ID for log-in ShakiNet via registered email address.
- Once “ShakiNet” is available, you can search other members and update your current information through the system.
- Name, graduation year, occupation (company name) and email address are initially open to the other members (members, only). If you don’t agree with it, please access to ShakiNet and change the status of each of items.
- The annual reunion party will be held in every autumn in Tokyo.
- One of the most important contribution to the society is to keep updating your information.
