Membership Fee and Alumni Directory
The system has changed in 2025.
- The annual membership fee has been reduced to 3,000 yen.
- If you would like a booklet of the alumni directory, there is an additional 3,000 yen fee for its creation (payment slip only).
- The payment slip will be enclosed with the newsletter.
- If you pay your annual membership fee by direct debit or credit card, we will send you a payment slip for the "booklet creation fee of 3,000 yen."
- We appreciate your cooperation with automatic debit and regular payments.
Only pay the annual fee 3,000 yen
Payment Methods
Method 1: Credit card payment via PayPal
- You will need to register a PayPal account (free of charge) and a credit card.

- We will charge 3,000 yen every year from the date of application.
Method 2: Direct deposit into alumni bank account
- Japan Post Bank: Transfer account 00160-8-196770 or 019 Branch Current account 0196770
- Please note that you will be responsible for the remittance fee.
- At Japan Post Bank, remittance fees may be waived if you use the Japan Post Bank Passbook app or Yuucho Direct.
Method 3: Pay using the payment slip enclosed with the newsletter
- You can pay using the payment slip enclosed in the newsletter sent out every August.
- We will send you a payment slip for the annual membership fee of 3,000 yen, so please use that.
- Payment can be made at convenience stores or Japan Post Bank (ATMs or counters)
- For convenience stores, there will be no handling fee until October 21, 2025.

- You can pay using the payment slip enclosed in the newsletter sent out every August.
- Please note that starting this year, there will be two types of payment slips: "Annual Fee" and "Includes Member List Booklet."
- If you pay your annual membership fee by direct debit or credit card, we will send you a payment slip for the booklet production fee of 3,000 yen.
- If you pay your annual membership fee by payment slip, we will send you a payment slip for "6,000 yen, including the cost of creating the booklet."
- Payment can be made at convenience stores or Japan Post Bank (ATMs or counters)
